About

I help the world’s largest organisations take agentic AI, from conversational assistants to autonomous execution, beyond the demo and into secure, scalable systems that survive production.

Principal AI Architect on the Copilot Acceleration Team (CAT) at Microsoft, specialised in Microsoft Copilot Studio. With deep expertise in generative, conversational and agentic AI, I work with Microsoft’s most strategic enterprise customers — and closely with product leadership and program management — to get conversational AI live and keep it running.

Much of the job is translating between two worlds. I channel what customers actually hit in production back into product improvements, and turn product capability into practical guidance, reusable samples and architectural patterns that teams can adopt without a consultant in the room.

Twenty years in, the path has run from Grenoble and a year at Oxford Brookes, through maintaining supply-chain software in Paris, to managing a delivery in Sapporo, to retail business intelligence, and now to conversational and agentic AI. Projects along the way have taken me across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Japan. I have been based in Atlanta since 2014.

How I work

  • Lifelong learner

I stay curious, experiment often, and continuously refine my thinking.

  • Empathetic leader

I listen first, value different perspectives, and create space for others to succeed.

  • Systems thinker

I connect technology, people, processes, and business outcomes.

  • Customer-focused problem solver

I begin with real needs, constraints, and measurable value.

  • Pragmatic builder

I turn ambiguity into prototypes, reusable patterns, and production-ready solutions.

  • Trusted challenger

I ask difficult questions constructively and ground recommendations in evidence.

  • Knowledge multiplier

I document, teach, and share what I learn so the entire team moves faster.

Community and advisory

  • Programming committee board

    · AI Summit North America 2027

A seat on the board that shapes the 2027 programme, from the call for speakers through to the agenda delivered on site.

    • Set the direction of the agenda and the technical ground it covers.
    • Select the programme: assess submissions once the call for speakers closes, then choose the sessions and speakers that reach the final agenda.
    • Recruit senior speakers from across Microsoft and the wider community, and deliver sessions of my own.
    • Grow attendance through my own network and Microsoft’s.
    • Represent the event on site as host, moderator and speaker.
  • Advisor

    · Two French AI startups

Advising founding teams on AI product direction and agent architecture. Both engagements are under NDA, so neither company is named here.

  • Mentoring women building careers on the Power Platform, through a community that connects them with people already doing the work.

  • Helping career switchers learn Microsoft technology and move into their first Power Platform role.
